Tencel, also called Lyocell, is an artificial ecological fiber made from the pulp of wood, eucalyptus, oak, birch or bamboo; and a non-toxic solvent recovered and recycled at more than 97%. Tencel requires very little water during its manufacture. It is renowned for its softness, as well as its breathable and antibacterial properties.
